Although she was already an inspiration to a generation of teenage rocker chicks in the UK, it wasn't until her role as Leather Tuscadero on "Happy Days" that I first fell in love with Suzi Quatro. Garry Marshall reportedly cast the Detroit native without an audition after seeing her photo on his daughter's bedroom wall. Although her moment in the American spotlight was short-lived, her television stardom finally landed her on the U.S. charts with the wonderful "Stumblin' In," which hit No. 4 in 1979.
